ARCHIVING POLICY

İzmir Academy adopts a comprehensive and unrestricted archiving policy in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). All books and journal articles published by our association are openly accessible and free to download, copy, share, and archive by any individual or institution without any embargo period.

All journal content is archived via the LOCKSS system hosted by the ULAKBİM Dergipark platform. Authors are also encouraged to self-archive all versions of their manuscripts, including preprints, accepted versions, and published versions, in the following repositories and platforms:

* YÖKSİS and university databases (e.g., DSpace, AVESIS)

* Academic social networks (e.g., Google Scholar, Academia.edu, ResearchGate)

* Preprint servers (e.g., arXiv, SSRN, TechRxiv)

* Personal websites or institutional repositories

İzmir Academy permits the permanent archiving of all versions of articles submitted to its publishing platform. This includes the initial submission, peer-reviewed version, accepted version, and final published version. Authors retain full rights to share their work under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
